PCI will provide Technical Support on either a Contractual or Ad-Hoc basis.
PCI has several 'support contracts' were organisations use our services as their hot-line for hardware, software and computer communication problems. This service is aimed at those Companies who do not have their own IT staff, and yet do need expert advice and assistance from time to time. Trained IT personnel are expensive and they are likely to want a career path within their chosen profession. This sometimes makes it impossible for smaller Companies to afford or attract IT personnel, thus making this 'Support Service' from PCI the ideal solution.
We will handle every aspect of your installation - Hardware, Software, Network or Host, Communication Links, Cabling etc., almost your own IT Department. Where necessary - for example hardware under manufacturers Warranty - we will take the responsibility of 'calling in' the other organisations, thus relieving you of need to keep track of who to contact for what problem. Software covered by our Support Contracts covers most standard office automation products and Operating Systems.
To compliment the 'Contractual Support', PCI provides ad-hoc support services on a time and expenses basis to Home Users, to assist a Company's own IT Department or to provide IT help to those organisations that cannot justify their own IT staff. The same skill base is available as for 'Contract Support'.
